that its AppQoS Live! networked application performance monitoring technology is being utilized by Storage Fusion for their cloud applications.
Storage Fusion provides Storage Resource Analytics software enabling organisations to evaluate and optimise their storage environments. Peter White, Operations Manager at Storage Fusion was looking for a complete but agentless way to manage their bandwidth and monitor usage for their customer facing cloud web-based demonstration portal.

AppQoS Live! runs on all major manufacturer’s hardware, without altering the operating system or files already installed on the computer. It uses the “Live CD” approach to the system temporarily transforming the host machine into a powerful monitoring appliance by simply booting up using the AppQoS Live! CD. After use, the CD is removed with the computer returning to its normal state. Data gathered by AppQoS Live! can be stored in a folder on any existing hard drive or on other writeable or flash media such a USB stick or SD card. iTrinegy AppQoS Live! initially gives a “20,000ft” view of all network traffic activity, with the ability to then drill-down to analyze and troubleshoot bottlenecks and other problems.
