Telesales/Telemarketing Specialist

We are looking for an energetic telesales/telemarketing professional to generate and nurture sales leads to help our business continue to grow.  You need to be comfortable cold calling prospects and customers with the objective of generating interest in iTrinegy’s products.  This is a new position and will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to shine and progress into a more senior role.  This role would be ideal for someone who already has some telemarketing/telesales experience and is looking for a stepping stone into a broader sales role. Applicants looking for either full-time or part-time positions will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate own leads by researching and identifying prospects and key decision makers using CRM and social networking tools including Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Making outbound cold and warm calls to engage prospects and build relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow-up marketing campaigns to articulate and promote the business to qualify leads and create demand
  • Make product demonstration appointments with the sales team
  • Occasionally attend client meetings to discover new opportunities and build relationships
  • Identify lapsed customers from CRM data and attempt to bring them back onto maintenance
  • Help at marketing events and speak directly with prospects and customers to articulate the benefits of our solutions
  • Contribute to iTrinegy’s overall sales and marketing strategy and processes

Personal Attributes:

  • Have a professional ‘can do attitude’ with some experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to learn quickly, self-motivated and well organised even under pressure
  • Resilient, able to cope with knock-backs
  • Happy speaking on the telephone and building relationships
  • Methodical, organised, good time-keeping, reliable, common sense and a can do attitude
  • Confident when dealing with wide range of people from Technical Specialists to Senior Manager level
  • Candidates that already have two years experience from time spent in an IT Vendor and a keen interest in IT would be of particular interest

Skills:

  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, Internet Search, LinkedIn
  • Able to talk your way past receptionists and gatekeepers
  • Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing and lead generation with experience of meeting targets
  • Able to articulate a sales value proposition effectively
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to ‘think on your feet’
  • Able to follow/develop scripts and an understanding of questioning techniques and active listening skills
  • Able to work to target and set KPIs

Salary and Package
Starting salary is range is £20,000 - £30,000 negotiable dependant on experience.  Package will include pension and life assurance (after probation period), paid holidays, incentives and transparent progression to develop your career. Full product training and external additional sales training will be provided.

Digital Marketing Assistant

ITrinegy is a leading manufacturer of network emulation and application performance technology, specialising in the sale of a range of specialist products and professional services to enterprise and SME businesses.
 

Our UK operation is currently looking to hire a recent Marketing graduate to work alongside the company’s Marketing Manager, helping to develop and implement a range of business development initiatives targeted at the company’s UK and US customer base. Particular emphasis will be given to increasing the company’s use of digital marketing to raise brand awareness and lead generation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Marketing Manager in defining and implementing the business-to-business digital marketing strategy
  • Assist with managing  all aspects of digital marketing including implementing paid social media advertising campaigns, generating content, remarketing, etc. to create awareness, demand and increase leads
  • Assist with managing the digital marketing budget, track and report the return on investment and achievement of marketing and associated business KPIs.
  • Research and produce effective competitor research and analysis
  • Use of the company’s marketing automation system to initiate and track the success of email campaigns
  • Managing lead nurturing campaigns
  • Use of Google Analytics and other tracking tools to report/analyse web site activity and other interactions with the company
  • Helping with the production and distribution of company explainer videos, sales collateral and blog content
  • Helping with the management and logistics associated with exhibitions and conferences that the company attends
  • Assisting with sales administration tasks using Salesforce CRM when required
  • Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager for other marketing tasks as and when required

Required skills/experience

  • You will hold an appropriate Marketing qualification or possess relevant work experience in a marketing role
  • You will be equally happy to work as part of a small team as well as on your own
  • Good communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are also required

Compensation

  • Salary £17,000 to £19,000 dependent on experience
